On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the Osaka Toastmasters Club successfully held its 891st regular meeting in a hybrid format—both in person at the Osaka Municipal Lifelong Learning Center (Umeda, Osaka Ekimae 2nd Building) and online via Zoom.

We were delighted to welcome not only our members but also several guests, making for a vibrant and engaging evening of communication and leadership development.


🎤 Prepared Speech Session

  • The 1st speaker: A humorous and thought-provoking speech exploring the role of humor in communication.

  • The 2nd speaker: – “Miracles Do Happen”A touching speech sharing personal stories and messages of hope and resilience.

  • The 3rd speaker:“Multicultural Ice-Breaker”A warm and authentic ice-breaker introducing her cultural experiences and background.

Each speaker delivered a unique and inspiring performance aligned with their respective Pathways projects, showcasing growth in both confidence and delivery.


💬 Table Topics & Evaluation Session

During the Table Topics segment participants responded to impromptu questions with spontaneity and creativity, energizing the room with laughter and insight.


The evaluation session provided constructive feedback to all speakers and role takers. These evaluations helped foster a culture of continuous improvement and mutual support.


🏆 Awards & Reflections

The meeting concluded with the announcement of award winners and feedback from our guests. It was a joyful and meaningful closing, marked by applause, smiles, and words of encouragement.


Our next regular meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2025, from 7:00 PM.We warmly welcome new guests—come and grow with us!
